The deadline for submitting a paper (or an extended abstract with at least 300 words) is January 15, 2019. To help better manage the list of participants and to set up the program, a payment of US$100 (or US$50 for a graudate student) is required. The fee will be applied to the registration fee or refunded under the conditions mentioned earlier. To submit a paper, please click here to pay part of the registration fee using a credit card, debit card, or paypal. After the payment, you will be directed to a page with information about where to send your paper to. If you prefer to pay the submission fee later, you can send your paper to <submit@apeaweb.org>. Please note that your submission will not be processed until your submission fee is received. If you prefer to organize one or two sessions (each consisting of four papers, plus or minur one), please send your proposal to <submit@apeaweb.org> by February 15, 2019. The proposal should include the title of each session, and the names, affiliations, academic ranks, and e-mail addresses of all presenters, discussants, the organizer, and the chair.
